What is included in the monthly subscription?

Our monthly subscription allows you to select up to 7 different masalas each month. We will freshly grind and prepare these masalas based on your selection and deliver them to your doorstep by the first week of the following month.

How do I choose my masalas?

You drop us whaspapp message with your preferred spices from our catalog. Please make your selections by the 25th of each month to ensure timely preparation and delivery.

When will I receive my masalas?

Once you confirm your selection by the 25th of the month, we will prepare and deliver your freshly ground masalas by the first week of the following month.

Can I change my masala selection each month?

Yes, you can update your masala selection every month. Simply communicate your preferred changes before the 25th of every month to ensure your new preferences are applied for the upcoming delivery.

What if I forget to select my masalas by the 25th?

If you miss the selection deadline, we will continue with your previous month’s selection. We do understand your pain and hence we will send you a reminder too from our broadcast whatsapp channel.

How is the freshness of the masalas maintained?

Our masalas are ground fresh only after you confirm your order. We use high-quality packaging to preserve their freshness and flavor during delivery.

Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or skip a month by contacting our customer support team. Please notify us at least 5 days before the 25th of the month to make sure your request is processed in time.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you make your masala selection. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and avoid any ingredients that may trigger allergies.
